If the property is located in an area designated as agricultural or forest land, according to the provisions of the Agricultural Land Act, it is necessary to submit a decision from the administrative unit approving the legal transaction (for which a specific administrative procedure with the publication of the seller's sales offer is prescribed) or a certificate stating that approval is not required before notarizing the seller's signature on the contract.
The administrative unit's decision is also required if the property is defined as building land but the land registry indicates that the property belongs to a protected farm.
