According to the Regulation on Objects and Surroundings of Special Importance for Defense, no longer are consents issued for land transactions in the vicinity of areas of special importance for defense.

The regulation no longer governs the institute of obtaining consent for land transactions under the provisions of the Defense Act. Therefore, no consents for land transactions in the vicinity of areas of special importance for defense are issued anymore.
