For properties located in protected areas and land where natural values exist, the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act must also be considered. When notarizing the seller's signature on the sales contract, the contract must be accompanied by the consent of the competent administrative unit. Consent is not required if the acquisition of ownership is based on inheritance. The administrative unit does not grant consent if the provisions regarding the statutory pre-emptive right have not been complied with or if the acquirer does not provide a statement agreeing to the protection regimes and development orientations in the protected area.
